Ben is awesome! He is professional and knows his stuff. He told me continually that he was looking out for me and he did. He kept me informed on what was happening with my divorce and he did not nickel and dime me on the charges, more than fair.  He was definitely available to me and I would highly recommend him.

From the moment I chose Tom as my attorney, him and everyone else in his office went above and beyond to guide me through my difficult situation, providing a wealth of knowledge on how to handle my case, and support on a personal level. What was a long and emotionally trying situation was made easier with everyone at Jackson Bergman "in my corner"

Better call Tom. Unbelievable attorney. Friendly with local judges and provides a quality of service one can only dream of. Tom is more than your lawyer, he is your friend and cares about each case deeply. Would highly recommend Tom in any situation, he did great by me.

I recommend Tom to anyone in need of representation for a DWI case. He is an incredible lawyer. I was charged with a misdemeanor DWI and at the first hearing got it plead down to a DWAI violation. He accomplished everything I could ask for and in a timely, professional manner. Thank you for everything Tom.

Tom was a very approachable and understanding person in all of this. He accommodated my needs and schedule during the entire process. There wasn't a moment where I couldn't get in touch with Tom. Ultimately he gave me an amazing turnout.
