3 weeks after placing an order, and after being notified the guitar strings had shipped (no tracking is provided), I reported they had had not been received. I was told they would ship again.
3 weeks later still no strings which I reported again. So 6-1/2 weeks after placing the order I've told the items are back ordered .
I do not recommend this seller.

Been waiting for over 2 weeks and nothing...
no tracking so it could be in China for all I know...
Next time I pay a little more somewhere else and actually get my strings...
Never again will I buy here....

So being a little cheaper allows for not answering the phone, returning calls, or responding to emails? I tried to call and email to cancel my order when I saw that others had waited weeks to months for theirs. They wouldn't answer the calls or call me back. These guys have no business sense. These days it's all about customer service and Jacks doesn't have a clue. Wait for a month to get strings to save a couple bucks...never again. Like Mr Wonderful says, "This place is dead to me!"

Extremely Slow Shipping... 5-7 days is like 3 weeks for these guys. Their customer service does not exist folks! The only reason they're getting 2 stars is because they have a unique collection of percussion instruments.

Jack's caught my interest with their low price and free shipping. However, I would have paid the difference in price for better quality service. I placed my order with a PO box shipping address, and was not contacted that a physical address was needed until about 5 days later. After I gave them my address, my order was not processed until about 4 days later. After slow responsive emails, I decided to call, and when I did, the customer service rep was very rude to me. My shipping has gone from 5-8 days, to 15-18 days.
UPDATE: my shipping has been delayed ANOTHER WEEK part the expected delivery because their warehouse is "running behind". I had to contact them to find out where my order was at; if i hadn't, they would not have informed me.

"Estimated" delivery date: March 2
UPDATE: I recieved my package Match 3rd. It was packaged awfully. My product now has minor cosmetic damage due to it. I guess that's what you get for buying cheap.
