The beef wide noodle was missing some brown sauce. The chicken Bourbon was very sweet, and meat a little dry. I thought over all was better than most in the area so far. The service was fast and courteous. I would definitely give them my business in the future. Maybe something savory and spicy next time. The parking was ample and easy to get to.
OMG, what amazing food. It took me years to try this joint out, and I am thankful I did. Best pork fried rice ever. No joke. And the house special beef is, to me, perfect. My one and only take-out place in Parma.Food: 5/5
NO HO FUN. Their HO FUN is the exact same as their LO MEIN. Different noodles for dishes. Would not offer refund or discount. Could not take back same evening. Hung up on me twice. Very rude. Only argued I received HO FUN. Picture clearly shows LO MEIN.
Living in Parma for 6 years I've had my share of decent food.. Today changed my whole day after getting food from Jackie Chens Asian Diner.. Never using this service always passing it by to seek other meals. Well I decided to check this place out for a pick up order. Do yourself a favor and visit this place. The service was unmatched & quick.. The staff cared about my experience and last but not least after I got to my office I sat down and with one bite I now have a new favorite place to grab food from.. My meal was above the quality.........
This might be the nastiest Chinese place I have ever ordered from. The sweet and sour sauce is way too thick. And the chicken pieces are so big they weren’t cooked all the way. Fried rice was over cooked as well.
Best Asian restaurant in the area. We have gotten carry out from here many many times. The menu has great options, the food is delicious, it is made on time, the employees are very kind, and the portions are huge. Definitely worth it, would recommend to anyone.Food: 5/5

I ordered pot stickers and was couldn’t make out what they were stuffed with. First time ordering from Chen’s. Very disappointed. They are not like any other pot sticker I had ever ordered.
Not only is this place the highest quality Chinese food Not only is the price amazing Not only are the portions amazing Not only are they very quick I drove there in a blizzard and forgot my wallet. Yong let me take the food home and pay with my card when I got home. A great person with a great restaurant!!!
