Great food, and very polite service. We booked the patio in advance and when we arrived, everything was ready and setup.nnThe view was great up there and they had a TV playing the FIFA match. The server was a younger fellow who was very friendly and fast.nnThe food was impressive, the chicken Parm, pad Thai, nachos, all great. The only issue was the honey garlic chicken wings, which were a little bit underwhelming in flavour.nnWould come again, and would highly recommend the patio!
Had a group of ten people at Jack's last night, and it was amazing. We had a secluded table that felt very private and special, and the staff were very accommodating when we needed to add one more chair last minute. Our server Kyra was incredible, and when I asked, suggested a popular IPA that was delicious. She also recommended the coconut curry chicken which was phenomenal. Kyra was very friendly and welcoming which was much appreciated! Also, there was enough food for me to bring home leftovers, which was nice. Very professional staff and a lovely night!
Amelie was an amazing server! She truly made our experience feel so so welcome, truly on top of it. Helped us several times in navigating the menu and knew exactly what each person ordered even with the large party size 15+. And to top it off, service was constantly friendly and Efficient! Food was great, but a highlight was the drinks! They came out quickly and tasted great, thank you Gabby and Cole for that! Unforgettable, all three made our special celebration that much more!
I don't usually write reviews but it was the first time getting bad service.nnWe had 4 people but we only got 3 chairs.nnMy son got no kids menu and when he got it, there were no crayons. When he ordered chicken wings, he got chicken tenders instead. Chicken wings are supposed to come with veggies sticks but came with fries.nnDirty soda kids drink that was supposed to have a gummy shark but when he finished the drink there were no gummy shark.nnThey didn't refill waters or pop drinks. When first order a Stella in a can and asked for a refill, we got received draft stella beer instead.nnThey turned on the water mist sprinklers and it was getting in our food.nnWhen we asked the server for the bill we didn't get it and the server was on the phone, they also forgot to give the kids cookie, they said on the kids menu they it was baked fresh but when we got it it was cold.
Yesterday I had a team lunch here and we got a private room, which was amazing. The atmosphere was great and we even got to draw on the table — such a fun touch! The food was delicious. I ordered the Buddha Salad and really enjoyed it. Highly recommend!
