Always good food. We are treated very well. So nice to eat in and have the food piping hot. Chinese tea is great, and the simple won ton soup with crunchy water chestnuts and sesame oil is my favorite! Eggplant, Kung pao chicken, Beef Chow fun rice noodles. More than enough food for the two of us to have leftover dinner the next day!
Enjoyed my meal from Jack's today. Ordered plain chowmein and 2 egg rolls which were priced very reasonably. Chowmein had good flavor and aroma. The noodles were a bit thick but that is purely a personal preference thing and didn't take away from the dish. The egg rolls were good but I didn't feel blown away. They were a nice size and had good crunch with a delicious vegetable filling. Overall, good meal and would recommend to others. The restaurant was also busy upon arrival which eludes to other dishes probably being good as well.

Just finished this delicious food tonight. Worth every penny. The staff are super friendly as well. I’ve tried a few Chinese restaurants but Jack’s will be my go to now.
My Husband and I went to Jack's Chinese Restaurant tonight for dinner and we were both very impressed! The ginger fried chicken was the best we've had, the dish came sizzling hot to our table, was so fresh, crispy and delicious! The Singapore curry noodles and the chicken chop suey were also very good and fresh. The service was great and the dishes served nice and hot! We will definitely return! D&M
Ordered take out around 8pm on a Friday, food was ready within 15 minutes. Prices were decent and comparable with other restaurants in the area. Food was hot and tasted fresh, lots of flavour in all the dishes. This will be our go to Chinese restaurant from now on. Would recommend, try it out!
We're new to the area and were hoping to find a new regular Chinese. Unfortunately, the food was not what we expected from these reviews. Veggies in the Buddhist Veg were overcooked, the broccoli was so soft it seemed previously frozen. The hot and sour soup was bland, and the rice was pretty gummy. But we didn't eat much of the meal, because... Worst of all, there was something that looked like entrails in the Buddhist Veg. BC Health authority said it might be bean curd, but I'm very familiar with both eating and preparing bean curd and it was unfortunately not that. It was stretchy, but taut. It's in my freezer, I'm considering having it tested. Now, we're on anti-parasitics. Thanks, Jack! Disgusting experience.

Went to Jacks last night, Mothers day. Busy as all get out. Could not believe the take out orders this place pumps out. Even a line up for a bit to pick up. they had three drivers going full steam. We thought "oh we could be here for awhile". Not the case. Justin took out drink and food order and was back within 5 mins serving us out egg rolls. A tad greasy but very flavorful. We have BBQ pork chow mien, beef and snow peas and pan fried shrimp. Wow we were very happy. food was hot and fresh. We have ordered in to from here but enjoy going out as well. Jacks is our new "go too place" Justin nailed the service and was super friendly. Recommend it! Note: please clean the red kitchen door, doesn't look good to customers sitting at table 7
