This is 5 stars for the price point which is $$. Their salad bar is quite extensive. They only offer one soup though, and I think they should offer two soup options (as other similar restaurants do). Many times, we get there, and look what the soup of the day is, and we are happy about the selection, however, by the time we're seated and get to the salad bar, inevitably, the good soup is gone and they've put on tomato dumpling. If you're looking for a good steak cooked as you ordered it, and with lots of flavor, this is your place. They do offer several seafood options that they do well (never a bad seafood experience here). They do Alaskan cod a few different ways; I always get broiled with drawn butter and it's divine. I substitute the potatoes for a vegetable choice. They also do an extensive Sunday buffet/brunch. They'll make omelets to order off of the buffet and they offer dozens of ingredients to choose from. Then they'll have biscuits and gravy, a few egg choices, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, waffles, sausages, homemade warm caramel rolls. The breakfast buffet also has a lunch section if you're more interested in lunch food. They have fried chicken, ham, corn, mashed potatoes, full salad bar, soups, vegetables etc. This buffet setup please those who want breakfast food and those who want lunch food. The wait staff are dependable and have worked there for a long time. Very rarely is there an issue with service. We've never left disappointed, with the exception of the soup issues.

Small town bar. Pretty good staff, the last waitress we had was slow and seemed very spacey. The time before that though the staff was friendly and welcoming and were good with my kids. The owner was accommodating when we rented the event space and worked with us and our needs and wants. I have had a few meals there and everytime I have enjoyed what I ordered. Great place to meet up for a few drinks and catch up with friends or just relax. Some drinks could be mixed a little stronger for the price though but I don't know the rules for that and every bar/bartender is a little different.

Food is awesome! Always done perfect and salad bar is fresh. The staff is super friendly and service is fantastic! My wife and I can't say enough about this place. We love it!!

So glad to find an extraordinary dining experience out in the middle of nowhere! They have so many different food-types to please even the most critical. Excellent service, and the portions are huge! Broiled shrimp was REDICULOUS - in a good way!!!

Wonderful food, staff, and owners! This restaurant is a "must stop" each and every time we are in the St. Cloud area. We have been coming here for over 30 years. Burgers and fish are great! Hearty breakfasts!
