Establishment is clean, cashiers are polite. But I'm afraid the cooks are more interested in socializing than actually cooking. This is what I got when I ordered the $5+ sourdough Jack!!??

The food has always looked like the picture, the staff are always friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, the service was fast with a smile, and the food was great!

The only positive thing about this location was the dining room was clean. Men's bathroom is falling apart. Our food was over cooked and prepared wrong. And the staff was extra slow. Avoid this place until they fix the issues. Someone wrote on here two months ago that the towel dispenser in the men's bathroom was hanging open. Guess what... Still hanging

Well it was very busy but the food was really hot and fresh.  The managers and employees seemed to be going as fast as they could.

Ordered the Sourdough Jack as I have in many locations through the years. All others are consistent. This one was dry bread, cheese was not melted, catsup was splashed on one side of bun. Very disappointing taste and appearance. My husband's fries were cold. They were out of Bacon Mayo and Bacon Butter. Husband said men's restroom was dirty. Our teenage boys liked their meals.
