Jack in the Box

Love Jack in the box. Awesome friendly people and hot good food. I've worked fast food before and I know the extra minutes I wait for my food the fresh it is. Thank you for not being like the rest giving nuggets sitting for an hour , pre-made sandwiches, hour old fries. I'm talking to you BK. & McDonald's.

There is an outstanding urge to go above and beyond with this service. You offered to put cream and sugar in my coffee; days in a row, grateful for that. Thank you. Love the croissants and the ribeye. Always picture perfect.

Ordered a very large number of food and to my surprise all bags were labeled of which combo was which, great idea. Very friendly people and yummy selection all day every day.

Joke in the Box. Came in for a meal with two kids. Nobody would come to the counter to take our order. Three different employees looked at me. All were wearing headsets. None even said "hello" or "we'll be with you in a minute" or acknowleged our presence in any other way. We waited 5 minutes and still the same responses. We finally left to go somewhere else where customers are valued and recognized as the source of their paychecks.

I eat here pretty frequently, and I love it! Except, lately the customer service has been terrible at night. It's like it's only teenagers there and they're rude, and act like we owe them something. I love the people who are there during the days, but night time needs some work.
