The drive thru staff was nice but the chicken sandwich and taco was terrible, and the fries were okay though could have been hotter. If I had more time, I would have waited in line at the drive thru again to ask for a refund.

I’m typically not one to leave a bad review, but something at this location just really got to me. Since WHEN does Jack in the box charge customers for a SINGLE sauce with their meal?!! I ordered a meal, with large fries and chicken nuggets and when I asked for sauce they told me it would cost me extra and only ketchup was available for free. Are you kidding?!!! I didn’t mention the fact that I wasn’t even given the right size meal to the employee, at this point. Apparently you can’t even get some sauce with your fries anymore and I find that to be very wrong. You could at least provide your paying customers with one sauce for their meal. Being busy in the drive thru is not an excuse to stop accommodating customers. I normally come to this location often but I definitely will not be returning after todays visit.

I think the food here is good and the staff seem to be friendly. the only couple of complaints I have would be their advertized hours of operation and the drive through wait times are horrible...when you order through the drive through make sure your not in a hurry.  I don't know what their hours of operation are because there have been several times I've tried to get some food here and they were closed during their advertised hours of operation.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! a waste of time is a bunch ok kids that just don't know what they are doing and no one is in charge. I guess that's why that complaint number don't work they must have got too many calls. That should tell you what type of place this is

This is seriously the worst Jack in the Box on the planet. Every single time I come here or try to they’re either closed seems like a weekly occurrence they’re out of half the stuff on the menu and/or you’re in the drive thru for 20 minutes. The owner of this location needs to do something or just shut this place down because it is absolutely terrible..

This place is trash every time I go there is always a problem  and it takes forever  to get through  the line.....this is Just nasty it's supposed  to be toasted the meat was cold bacon was nasty..

I ordered a meal and requested light ice for the drink.  The medium size cup was full of ice to 2" from the top.  I actually got back in line at the drive through because the dining room hasn't been open for years.  The girl said, "I don't remember you requesting light ice" and asked to see my receipt.  I have eaten at multiple Jack in the Box's for years and have never had them not make it right.  Actually I have often requested and gotten free refills.  With not having the dining room open Jack in the Box is saving money by never having refills on drink.  I will never eat at the Stanwood location again.

My husband asked me this morning.. are you sure? haven't you learned yet? should have listened.. Three days in a row thinking different times maybe it will be better!! Nope cold food ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich got a ham one even though I was charged for bacon ..Called to get it taken care of and of course they're offended that I would bother them at all. So were they helpful? No!!! We're they condescending? Yes!! Did they have good customer service? NO!!!  I know I'm not the only one who's called!!! I'm not the only one who's complained!!!  But nothing changes with this store and I have now learned my lesson!!! Will never go back !!! This place needs to be revamped so badly it's been nothing good about this Stanwood store!! Nothing!! Every other Jack in the box has no issues but boy does this one ever!!!

I waited a half hour in the drive thru line to order. I finally got up to order and they said they were closed but it was only 2100 on a Saturday. This isn't the first time this has happened. Does this place just make up it's own hours whenever they want? I've gone there several other times in various days and hours of the week and they're always closed. In the rare moment and time that they're open, you'll wait a long time to get your food. Most times you'll have to pull into the parking lot and wait even more. Once you get the food its lukewarm at best. This the worst Jack In The Box I've ever been to in my life. Don't ever go to this location. From reading the reviews, this seems to be an ongoing problem. Looks like management doesn't even care about fixing anything.

I work as a dasher and pick up orders from this store semi-regularly. To the 40-50 something blond manager with glasses that was working at noon on August 28th, 2022. Shame on you. Being told that you didn't have the shake I was picking up for a customer was fine, but your attitude when I enquired if your shake machine was still down was not. It was also not warranted that you slam the window in my face and start yelling when I informed you I would have to contact the customer to see what they wanted to do. It was not my money spent, it was the customers. Check your attitude and unnecessary anger at the door lady.  Shame. On. You.
