Let's start off with the good. The service is great. The waitress was attentive and friendly and quick. The food tasted good, but for the price, you expected more. I ordered two dishes in my group and my bill with 13% tip came close to $50...and that doesn't include the drinks, which one of my friends paid for. Felt light in my wallet when we left and still hungry. The atmosphere was great, the drinks were great but the food, although tasted great, left you still feeling hungry. I'm not joking but there was less fries on my plate than what you'd find in a kids meal at McDonald's. Wish I took a picture.

Jack Astor's looks much nicer after the renovations were done, our waitress Tammy was very friendly and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our dish, as well the food I ordered was well made. The reason for the 4-star is because I felt the size of the dish did not equal its cost. That aside, I would recommend this restaurant for a night out/social event with some friends or family.

I remember when Jack Astor's was a great place to go. The food was cheap and affordable and tasted great to boot. The bar was a great place to watch the sports games too. But all that changed. Everything is over priced and not worth it. The food menu is small and very boring, and it doesn't taste very good. Staff is nice but that's not enough to bring me back. Drinks are good but priced unreasonably. This location is particularly expensive.

came here with my friend and our 6 combined kids. Ordered 4 kids meals and nothing was screwed up so that is a bonus. food was good service was attentive. Breast feeding friendly, no stares or comments from staff. only issue is was my steak was undercooked. ordered med. rare got rare still ate it and was good.

We were greeted practically immediately. Which was nice. But then once we were sat down and waited 35 minutes until I had to say something to a waiter to just be acknowledged and to bring up the fact that we had not been even offered drinks, that just showed the kind of service I was in for. I’m a huge fan of jack Astor’s and I love their food. However this location has truly disappointed.
