Jack Astor's Bar & Grill

Went here with a group of 10 people and everyone got their plates except for me. I ended up getting my plate with hair on the plate! The waiter took it back without an issue however it took 20 minutes to get my plate again. At that time everyone was finished eating. I was very disappointed. At least i was not charged for the plate.

Trendy, fun resto bar. Seperate sports bar from seating eating area. Adequate casual setting for the whole family. Diverse menu that sure to please all taste buds. Fun for birthdays! WiFi is free, music just perfect to remind you that you are out to have a good time. Review on a Friday night right in the middle of rush hour. Arrived at 6:45 pm, waited 15min, was served within 5 min by Sam, ordered at 7:09 and the meal arrived by 7:25. Pretty good given the rush hour. Ate recommended plate by manager. ASIAGO. white pasta sauce with breaded chicken strips.hapoy Hour wide selection of beer and house wine for 5$.Monday though Friday

It blows my mind that this place is still in business. The food is over priced and the service is sub-par. I ordered two main dishes and asked the waitress to bring one as an appetizer. She stood there with a dumbfounded look on her face. She then tried explaining to me that i ordered two main dishes and no appetizers. Maybe i expected too much. She's just a waitress, not a rocket scientist.
