Great atmosphere with down home comfort.  Nicely updated inside woodwork and tables with comfortable seating.  Great burgers and fries.

Honestly didn't expect much, came up here from Minneapolis for a Craigslist trade and stopped here for lunch. Burgers and fries here are delicious, service is quick (and witty), and prices are totally decent.

Planed to stop in pine center as my father grew up here in a log cabin on a potato farm my grandfather (Walter Clark) used to own. Located a couple miles south of here on County Road 8 the farm was on the west side of co Rd 8 and went beyond Erskine Lake (Spelling). The gal was very nice at JR. Will be back with a lil more time on our hands next time. Thank you

We stopped here for the first time a few days ago.  The bar is very clean and nicely furnished. The menu is quite limited so we ordered a couple of sandwich baskets. Although the hamburger basket was super small in size, the steak basket was larger but not much flavor. Even so I would have returned in the future but, when it came to paying the bill, we were told they do not accept debit cards/charge cards/or checks.  My only option pointed out by the waitress was the ATM machine!!! So your customers have to PAY the ATM machine to EAT at your establishment?????  Really????? It cost me $2.50 - 10% of the bill - to have the 'pleasure' of paying you for your service, food, and tip.  Wow.  No, we will not be returning here in the future. I could kick myself for even leaving a tip..........I should have suggested she get it from the ATM machine.
