My repair experience at J Max was nothing but the best. Took a while to get an appointment but it has become obvious why, they are the BEST. The staff is very friendly, I received regular updates as to how my vehicles repairs were going, and when I picked the car up it was so well cleaned it looked brand new again! Thank you J Max, keep up the great work!
We have used J Max for everything from stone chip repairs right through to full collision repair and every single time the work completed is of the highest quality. The team at J Max is provides THE BEST customer service. They explain everything step by step, from making sure you have a rental car if required right through to giving your car back looking like new. I go to the mechanic, not the body shop and I love them! I recommend them to everyone! Troy and his team are always friendly and willing to help, always willing to provide an EXACT estimate which has been a big help, and can even provide courtesy cars date depending but I always work around it. I will continue to go to them with all my cars needs.
The help they gave us was amazing. Our car was broken into and the driver side glass was broken. After calling "Team Auto Parts Limited" which was also amazing and ordering the glass, J Max fitted us in A.S.A.P. to get us back on the road the next day. I cannot thank them enough for the help they provided. They took our bad experience vandalism and made it great. Peter was fantastic to deal with. Before you try any other company call J Max Collision & Glass first. Thank you J Max so much.
Just wanna say thanks to the team at Jmax auto for repairing my truck. Even though I didn't see anyone from there as my wife picked up my keys they were friendly n kept me up to date with phone calls on the progress of my vehicle. They did a awesome job n cleaned my truck inside n out greatly appreciated. Will be going back if needed in the future n will recommend thanks again true professionals team Jmax.
I called J Max the day after my vehicle was broken into smashed window and it was replaced just two days later. Great service thanks Elaine, the vehicle exterior had been washed and the interior thoroughly cleaned when I came to pick it up. Highly recommended!!
Getting my vehicle in for repairs was a wait due to all the parts delays no fault to the shop. Once they had my vehicle in, repairs were done on time and I was kept in touch for the duration of repairs. Once I got my vehicle back, a noticed a noise but was unable to find the source. Brought the car back to Jmax and their employee George helped me out, was able to figure out the source, fixed it and had me on my way within the hour. Highly recommend the shop for your vehicle repairs.
JMax was one of the best experiences I have had in terms of customer service. I was referred to them from my mechanic as he doesn't do Auto Pac claims and JMax does. From the very first conversation with Peter I had nothing but good service. He explained everything in detail and was very patient. I had two claims against my truck and they fixed it up quickly and efficiently. In fact, my truck looked better than it did when I first bought it. Seriously, they detailed the inside and outside... It made such a positive impact from the start to finish. During the repairs, I received text message updates from Scott so I knew where they were in the process. They also gave me a courtesy vehicle for the time it took them to repair my vehicle. Peter informed me it would take about 2 weeks to do everything and it ended up only being 1 week. Talk about under promise and over deliver. If you're wondering where to go, look no further as you'll be in great hands with Peter and the team.
JMax had been my go-to place for years. My last dealing with them changed that. In a bid to get more money out of me, JMax reported this vehicle to Autopac as unfit due to a slightly rusted cab corner. This forced me to get the cab corner repaired and get a new safety in order to register the vehicle for use. That process added months to the time when I was without my truck. I don't fault JMax for the time it took to get parts. That's just the nature of the market right now. In the past, each time JMax fixed a vehicle for me or for a member of my family, they cleaned the vehicle spotlessly. When I went to pick up my truck from them, the interior was a mess, filled with debris and broken parts from the break-in and attempted theft that prompted this claim. When I asked about the mess, the guy I spoke to was rude until I asked to speak to his manager. And, to top it all off, one of the dash pieces was re-installed with a large piece obviously broken off of it. I have before and after pictures of the claim, and the pictures show this piece was intact prior to the claim. And even had it not been, JMax should have asked me about it. This, of course, took another month to get the part.
A great customer service by Elaine & Peter. Very accommodating and a professional team. I am happy that I took my car to them. Thank you Team J-max.
