J. Carver Distillery

J. Carver was wonderful. Our tour guide was very informative. He left nothing out and was sure to answer all questions we had. The atmosphere was great. The flights were like none other with such a smooth finish. The service and employees were top notch. I will recommend J. Carver to all my friends and family. Thank you for a fun night out!

Awesome atmosphere! Interesting tour with knowledgeable owner. I was never a gin drinker until I tasted J Carver Premium gin. It's wonderful! And the new barrel gin is even better! I highly recommend this tour to anyone who likes spirit! My husband and I have done the tour 3 times. Always learn something new.

Did the tour/taste Tour with friends. Tour was very informative. After tour tasting was a great way to end. Purchased their Premium Vodka and enjoying it on the rocks with a nice cigar tonight under the deck and out of the rain. Not many warm MN evenings like this left. Would highly recommend visiting J Carver Distillery.

Last week we visited J. Carver and absolutely loved it. Not only are the liquors and cocktails delicious but the staff was superb! We enjoyed our visit from the moment we walked in. Mo who is manager welcomed us and we mentioned we loved their products and we excited to try some of their other liquors. She asked what has some of our attention and we mentioned the barrel aged gin and she brought a small sample for us to try. This is a delicious gin if you have not tried it. It is the perfect marriage between whiskey and gin EVER! From there on we had some flights and cocktail. We enjoyed talking with the staff and the bartender, Becky was a delight. She made great cocktails and we had much to discuss. The whole staff here truly believes in their companies products and make a visit worth every moment. Even the bar-back recommended great things and the staff really works great together. Great liquors and AMAZING staff make this place a must visit.

Super high quality distilled liquors, very friendly staff, and a well-done tasting room. I recommend doing the tour, and tasting some of their liquors straight rather than selecting a cocktail. The J Carver premium vodka is surprisingly flavorful, and the barrel gin is excellent.
