We've had a wonderful experience with J Becher over the last year.  From the install to troubleshooting along the way, they are always quick to respond and so helpful.  I would recommend J Becher to everyone!

We have dealt with J Becher for several years now and they are terrific. Whenever we have a question on the equipment or updates on software they are there to answer in a very prompt fashion. If the answer needs them to stop by they are there. We highly recommend J Becher and Associates!

Not a great experience.  They left without system working - they installed incorrect power source, took weeks to replace - and did not complete other specific work requested and charged full price.  I paid in full, trusting rep who said "we will take care of it" then received an estimate for the work they didn't do the first time.
