Very professional, you can pay a bit more for really fast service but they're normal fix time is pretty quick anyway. They also have an assortment of computer parts and accessories. Nice folks too

Some nasty men with strange accents got into my computer when I went to what I thought was a Microsoft help-line. They planted Trojans or viruses and other bad things in my files. As a fiction writer on deadline, I was devastated. J & B fixed all the problems in very short order and left me a very happy customer. Highly recommended.

They are super helpful and friendly and have supplies that I couldn't find anywhere else.
