At Eddie's Woodfire BBQ in Snohomish our meats are smoked on a real old time Smoker using hard fruit wood to provide the BEST BBQ around.

Story

Eddie's Woodfire BBQ provides authentic Southern Style cooking on an outside wood smoker. We have daily meats such as pulled pork, beef brisket, chicken, hot links, and german links, but we also cater adn cook custom orders of prime rib, salmon, turkey, hams, etc. Our specialty is cooking on a smoker. It isn't just about barbeque sauce.

The owner was super nice and sat down to talk to my 6yr old son. He patiently listened to what he had to say. This is a special place for us now. Brisket was super tender. Flavor was on point. We will be regulars for sure.

The Owner himself was working today. Its good to see a business owner causally talking to customers and getting dirty like his employees do! Not everyday you get a business owner who isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves. We will be back for more of your great food and hospitality!

Just ate at the J and L BBQ in Snohomish for the first time. It was wonderful! The pork ribs were succulent and the perfect tenderness. The chicken was wonderfully moist and flavorful. The mild BBQ sauce was perfect amount of spice and sweet. The baked beans were wonderful with good spices! The portions were large! Competitive prices but larger portions!!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I can just stop right there but I won’t. We found this place as a quick stop to eat on our way back to Seattle and I’m so glad we did. Carole was the best with helping us decide what to get and even gave us a great deal on the food. We got a brisket sandwich which was quite flavorful, ribs that were unbelievable and the meat just fell off the bone, and corn on the cob (my boyfriend’s personal favorite). Carole came back after we finished and gave us a bowl of heaven: mash potatoes, gravy, and Mac n cheese. Hands down my favorite, had me scrapping the the bowl for the last bits of gravy. Great service and great food, thank you!!
