This review is strictly for the people who run the phones and hostesses. Anytime I walk in the place of call and speak to a hostess, they have the WORST attitude and literally hang up on your face mid question, For this reason I won’t be going to Jay’s anymore. I rather have respectful staff than good food.

The atmosphere was good. Not a long wait to get in. Food was amazing. This martini was delicious!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. We loved the excellent ambience and the food. The staff members were super attentive. I’m glad we eventually managed to visit this spot.

For a chain restaurant this place is definitely up there. The food is always fresh and off high quality. The staff is amazing and the restaurant is very clean. Overall for a chain this place is pretty good and I’d recommend it for a night out to eat. Prices are decent for some of the menu items.
