Ladies, if you are searching for the wedding dress of your dreams, this is the place. I cannot properly articulate how wonderfully positive my entire experience was here. I had gone to numerous bridal boutiques in Montreal but none can compare to Ivoire for their selection of beautiful, quality dresses and expertise from their staff. Our wedding was postponed twice due to the pandemic and sweet Rina supported me throughout the whole journey with her incredible kindness. A huge thank you to her for being the definition of a great human and business owner as well to Yelena for her impeccable alterations work - she is a magician, truly. Thank you so much

Ivoire was the first and ended up being the only! wedding dress store I visited following family recommendation. I didn't expect to find and commit to a dress on my first visit. But, after trying on a few amazing and high quality dresses, I chose THE one and said "yes" to the dress. Brigida made the experience extremely comfortable and made me feel completely at ease. She was very patient and I didn’t feel rushed when I tried on dresses for a 2nd or 3rd time. Thank you once again to Brigida. I look forward to coming back in the spring for my dress fitting! Thank you Rina, Brigida and to her amazing seamstress who worked SO hard on making my dress absolutely perfect for my wedding. The Ivoire team is unmatchable! They are a team of professional and incredible woman that know what they're doing. The customer service is impeccable and they really go out of their way to help out their clients in any which way they can. I found my dream wedding dress at Ivoire and really enjoyed the experience from start to finish! Thank you Rina and Giovanna! However, what really blew me away was my experience with getting my dress fitted. I have never heard someone comment on how well a bride's dress was fitted until my own wedding when I received the compliment multiple times. My seamstress was Yelena and she made each of my three fittings such wonderful and fun experiences and did an AMAZING job! Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Ivoire highly enough! In addition to the gorgeous salon, Rina, Giovanna and the entire Ivoire team are so lovely and helpful. They are patient and personalise the experience for each bride. They were mindful of my budget, respectful of my choice to alter my dress outside the salon, and have curated a beautiful selection of dresses I visited 6 other bridal shops before finding mine here!. Rina - thank you again for your continuous communication and support throughout the year. 2020 completely changed our original wedding plans, but you ensured that I didn't worry about my dress throughout lockdown, and made me know I was taken care of. Bottom line is: Ivoire is nothing short of FANTASTIC. Thank you for finding me my dream dress!

Cannot recommend more! Rina is a real gem! She has a sixth sense to know exactly what dresses you will like and is the most patient and gentle person. Words cannot describe how great she is! Not only does Ivoire have the most beautiful dress selection I have seen, but all the mental support given by Rina has helped me make it for my big day. You only need a visit to fall in love with her! <3

Came to Ivoire out of a recommendation from a friend. I didn’t expect to find the dress on my first visit but I guess you never know! Rina is super sweet, kind and really makes you feel special when you are there. She makes sure to stay within your budget and find you something you like. She is very patient and you never feel rushed when you’re there. The dresses are really amazing and the seamstress really did a spectacular job fixing my dress. So happy with my dress, I really felt like a princess on my wedding day.

Ivoire to me is like one big family, from the moment I walked in I knew i would find my dress there. The consultant was very helpful and always kept my budget in mind, once I saw my dress I told her thats it, she made me try on one more dress and said lets go get your dress! We were in the changing room the dress was around my ankles and I started to cry and so did she! Once I came out to the show the family RINA and the consultant were by my side putting on my veil, and even asked the famous question! They had champagne, and gave me big hugs, they are super professional, they always kept me in the loop during the arrival of my dress, once it came in I went for my final fitting RINA was there to help me try on my dress with the veil again as the final look! She was by my side at all times! Once the veil came in during covid she gave me a chance to pick it up, she encouraged me to do what is best for me and my husband we got married during covid in a small intimate wedding. She even texts me sometimes to check on me, thank you for making me apart of your family, you guys are wonderful! I really do recommend the brides to go here for that say yes to the dress moment!

I went to Ivoire to find my wedding dress and had THE most incredible experience there. Rina and Brigida were instrumental and so helpful in finding my dream dress. I showed them pictures of what I wanted, told them my budget and they found me something perfect so effortlessly - I'm still obsessed with the dress I chose even months after my wedding has already passed.
