Great to see an Italian store so well located in the downtown core. Lots of Italian products from chips, to drinks including non alcoholic, pasta, as well as dishes and coffee items. Large selection of delicious cheeses and charcuterie. Fun to shop for a nice Italian dinner. However we went after work and the selection of takeaway products was small couples of pizzas, few paninis, no pasta ready to eat. Mostly for lunch. Hopefully as the residential increases in the area it will increase products like a gelato bar?! It would be great to see it expends as a smaller local version of Eataly!
Really a hit or miss with this spot. I would recommend their sandwiches/paninis if you’re looking to grab a quick lunch. I didn’t like their pasta as it was extremely undercooked. It was the most mediocre pasta I’ve ever had in my life which is not what I was expecting from an Italian grocery store. The bombolonis are good but only available on Friday and weekends.
Fairly small Italian supermarket with fresh deli, fresh ham and fresh cheese counter. Also some deli Italian food like sandwiches and pizza to go. Bought a fried chicken breast sandwich cost about $14.5 after tax. It tastes good and fresh. For the items in the supermarket, large selection of pastas, olive oils, pickled stuffs, and breads.
Good food not cheap but you get what you pay for! Delicious sandwiches especially the chicken fillet sandwich! Nice selection of Italian food also
WoW What a great surprise Pasta was fresh and tasty Same for the pizza, on par with what we had in Italy I highly recommend this spot, especially if you’re around for an event at the Bell Centre
it is a cool store to have downtown with nice stuff. didn't really see the friendly service everyone talks about tho, rather feels like you're bothering them by being in there
Was a heartwarming experience walking into a store that feels like I was in Italy. The products were varied and mostly of Italian origin. I bought a mixed assortment of items but they didn't have Orzata. Maybe next time they will.
Good choice for italian products including fresh pasta and friendly service.
Love this italian supermarket! You can find different types of fresh pasta, the best lasagna sheets, cookies, pistachio cream,.. also they have some delicious sandwiches as well
Very happy with the service and products they have a hugeeee selection of fine italian products. And the guy who served me was awsome took the time to really explain
