After eating there previously and having a great experience we ordered our food online to go. This time it wasn't so great. Ordered wings and boy what a disappointment. First.....got home and noticed the ranch was nothing more than a glob of goo.....so we didn't eat the ranch. Started eating the wings and to our surprise....the wings did not have any sauce on them. Very bland....after a few bites the wings did not taste right. Pulled them apart and they were slimy and undercooked. Super gross. Called Chili's and the manager told us that she could make another order OR we could contact Doordash for a refund. We chose the lesser evil another order and it was exactly the same as the first order. Threw it away and made a salad instead. It's sad that they dont have the equipment, tools or employees to make sure the food is cooked to the correct temp. We quit going there 6 years ago because the restaurant was dirty and slow. Thought the food was good though. Now we try the "order online" and unfortunately the food is gross. Won't be spending anymore money there.
Don't get me wrong, the wings are good... It is just confusing because you have to order it online from Door dash You walk in to Chill's, and that's where the establishment is at... But you can't order here, and all the orders have to be from Door dash. The website online is terrible, and it keeps redirecting you to the main page, but you have to go to door dash Long story short: This business is Chili's, for takeout wings
The price is decent. I had delivery and they were cold, not covered in enough sauce, and I had to throw most of it away. Unfortunate.
Wife ordered wings and we and the oil they were cooked in tasted like it was a changed last month. Fries some how didn’t taste bad but wings had an awe full flavor that couldn’t be taken Away. On the plus side they have good blue cheese. As that was what I was able to eat

It’s just wings was not what I expected. The pictures make it look a little different from what you actually get. The wings are a little less then average and the fries are fine. Tastes very similar to buying frozen wings from the store. I think the wings are made out of chilies kitchen and sold as a different business but to pick up your order you have to go to the chili’s to go section. Overall I was underwhelmed but I’m glad I know now and the price is cheap!
I will definitely be ordering from here again and intend to visit in person soon cause there honey Sriracha wings were unbelievably awesome and the ranch dry rub was amazing the curlyfries had some kind of seasoning on them that was very flavorful but just a little more salty than I like.Delivery: Yes
The girl who was working today at 4pm didn’t get a name went the extra mile for us when our DoorDash order came with missing items. She kept us on the phone during the busy hour and helped us get it figured out. We appreciated that so much.
Horrible , my gosh frys were rock solid by far the worst wings I've had, made made my stomach hurt shortly after eating.
Its easy to go to Wal-Mart and get Tyson wings and label them as your own.most disgusting wings I've ever had in my life.
