Had this fresh food the other day, it was amazing! I went out of my comfort zone and had fantastic advice and service. I got the special, the mango shrimp wrap. The flavor was full and I've got to say it was probably the best wrap I've had! The french fries were also very seasoned well. I won't pass an opportunity to have this food truck again!
I got the Jamaican Me Crazy Chicken Sandwich. It was phenomenal. The chicken was juicy and the blackening spices were perfect. The jalapenos and grilled onions topped it off nicely. The fries are a thicker crinkle cut variety. They aren't soft or mushy though, they are fried to an excellent crispness and topped with a great seasoned salt.
I love this food truck. The owners are nice as can be and remember their regular customers. The food is amazing and the portion sizes are great for a reasonable price. I don’t have enough good things to say about Island Vybz! photo is of the hungry jamaican quesadilla my go-to
I got a pork jerk wrap here today and it was amazing, that flavor is so good. The fries were also crispy and seasoned well. This was my second time coming here and it was great both times, I definitely will be coming back!

i don't do reviews often but i tried it out of curiosity for the first time yesterday-- so good!!!! will definitely be there again when they're around. the owner i assume was also very very nice . angels on earth, really
This is the guy she tells you not to worry about food truck. 1. Those fries are phenomenal, if I could snatch up spice mixture I puke in a second. 2. I had the pork panini.... there’s no better place to have a panini. Incredible amount of meat, fantastic sautéedonions and mushrooms and glorious melted cheese. I’m telling you this sandwich was tip top. Oh and the sauce. Oh boy. Get yourself to this food truck and support it, you won’t be sorry.
Easily the best food in the Iowa City/Coralville area. The quality and quantity of food is unmatched. Our family of 4 gets one jerk chicken meal and one jerk pork meal, it is more than enough food for the 4 of us. The chicken and pork are juicy and tender. The plantains are out of this world. The rice and beans are perfect and the cabbage is as good as I've ever had. To top it off it is family owned and operated. We will happily chase them all around town!
