I've been here multiple times to have my hair cut, coloured and styled.
I've heard in the past people have had horrible experiences but I've never had one 
Everyone is just lovely and really spend the time and effort into the hairstyle you deserve.
Colour, cuts, perms, up-do every style you want you will get at this amazing hair salon.
And don't even get me started on the terrific shampoos.

I have naturally curly hair and is very challenging to cut. Kora listens and cuts it right the first time!

After the Christmas holidays all hair dressers seemed to be closed. Desperate in need to have my hair done before New Year's Eve I went to Island Haircutting. I entered the salon and asked "Would you have an opening this afternoon?" The stylist looked at me and answered "Yes, somebody just cancelled. Come again in 30 minutes." So, I returned after half an hour and watched one of the two hair dressers doing highlights for her co-worker. How I had known she was a co-worker? Because when the phone rang she jumped up from the chair and answered the call. After waiting for 15 minutes I was asked to sit down. I told the stylist what haircut I wanted and how I visioned my highlights. "I don't have time for highlights. I'll go home in 30 minutes was the answer." The other lady who took my appointment yelled from the corner "SHE didn't say anything about highlights." Although I felt already treated in a very rude and non-professional way I agreed to a haircut. As quickly as she could she cut my hair DRY and in the end charged me the shampooing as well. I will never ever visit this salon and won't recommend it to anyone.

I've had terrible cut and color here before, but Lindsay is THE BEST hairdresser I have ever had in my life. Ask for her, and you're welcome :) ( only giving 4 stars because of the other fiascos I've had to deal with)
