This place is great for children of all ages but can be a bit crowded, it can be dangerous if many people jump on the same trampoline at the same time so taking turns is a must . Party events are available, lockers and a little food court to buy and eat food fast food. You have to sign a waiver and reserve a spot to go there and you must buy grip socks that they provide on site
Awful experience at the Laval location this morning. Took ages to check in, they seem short staffed and overwhelmed. They have removed all the cool games that they had, the climb wall, laser room, etc, now there's just a dark room in it's place? Bizarre. Washrooms need renovation badly. They have also removed a lot of the storage spaces for shoes and coats and non refundable fee of $8 for the lockers. There was a group of teenagers who were very boisterous, running around etc, landed on some toddlers but the staff refused to kick them out? Also, we were told we absolutely HAD to wear the green isaute socks!? Like a communist regime. Very unhappy.
I went to all the Isaut’s in Montreal and this is by far the worst one. It is extremely small and there is only one activity that is barely fun. I had to wait 30 minutes for a slush to be said that there are no more slushes for another 30 minutes and then another 30 minutes for a darn coca cola. This is why I put this place an amazing amount of stars.
We have a blush in isaute Laval, it’s fun and good place to bring your kids. I have to say thanks to all the staff specially to Keny employee in isaute Lavalwho give us the best service she can, inspite of her busy hours. She’s so polite and exceptional attitudes towards the customers.
I Celebrated my son's 4th birthday on Saturday, the staff was MIA for most part of the party. We order the food package.... We got the popcorn 30 mins before leaving, the slush was supposed to be unlimited I constantly had to go and ask for refill and the green flavour wasn't working. My guests order food because they thought we didn't have food coming. Our food got delayed because the staff wasn't informed we had the food package.... REALLY... My deposit wasn't deducted from my bill. I was overcharge.... The phone reservation went well, until I called to gave my final count. I was told 30 people is too much, which I was told I could have up to 30 people.... Then there was a big situation over the phone with the staff, which I find she was rude, then said she can go back and listen to all calls I told her to do so....I'm still waiting for the response and defending the staff, which is normal... I guess at Isaute laval the customer is wrong.... I won't lie if I was informed at my reservation 30 people is too much, I won't have booked and give an $100.00 deposit. I had to cancel most of my family attendance and have the overflow for a certain time then leave, which I paid even though they jumped for 45 mins..... Very disappointed especially paying $700.00.....
*** They leave their emergency exit door completely open. Not safe for little children and children with special need ****** I bought summer pass from isaute Laval and then I realized that they keep their emergency exit door completely open. My special need son did exit from their emergency exit door and he could have hit by car or I could have lost him. It’s not just safe for special need child but also any toddler or naughty child. It is very important for isaute Laval to keep the emergency door closed they can open in case of emergency all organization have emergency doors but they don’t leave completely open at all times. I lost my son who existed through emergency door, which was completely open . I spoke with manager, who did not really care much. He said it suppose to be open in case of emergency. It did not make sense to me. Any children friendly place should be safe for children. Emergency exits should not be completely open and accessible for any kid. I am very disappointed how ma Agee took it really easily. I no longer can take my child there as they still keep their emergency exit door completely open. I want to get refund of summer pass. It doesn’t simply work for kid like mine who has special need. I
I organized my sons birthday yesterday and to let you know that we had a terrible experience . I got harassed by three 16 year old managers to leave my room early after having payed 700 dollars for two room and because they double booked there parties they were harassing me to leave in front of my 50 guests . This place is very unprofessional . I had in writing from one of the managers who took my reservation that my rooms are reserved till 12:45 and yet they came and argued with me as of 11 am . Zero customer service or respect . My sons 6 th birthday was suppose to be a pleasant event especially that I spent so much time and money on making it special and then I have to deal with 16 year old disrespectful kids who they have managing this place . DO NOT RESEVE YOUR KIDS BIRTHDAY HERE
Fun place to spend an hour or two with kids, great exercise, very clean place. My son has been coming here for a bit over a year now and always wants to go back again and again!
Lots of fun for the kids, would recommend, but just don't buy the coffee, it's not very tasty.
We organized a birthday party for our daughter with her friends and they had a blast 7 y/o group. We had a room to ourselves 45 minutes and 90 minutes of jump could have taken 60 min, the kids were hungry after an hour. We added to the package 4 pizzas, slush and popcorn and it was enough 15 kids. The pizza tasted better than expected and the slush came in 3 colors so the kids had fun doing layers of colors slushies. We had an hostess helping us out with everything set up the room etc.... They are really strict on the time limit for everything but were very flexible when it came to add some people to the party. It's a bit pricey but in the end, I felt it was worth it.
