It really is a lovely place, kids can play on the trampoline and there is so much variety of options, like one with basketball or dodgeball. The only negative point I would say is, even if you pay online for reservation, if you arrive and there is a long waiting line, you are going to wait either way. In my opinion, you should have a line for the people who already have their reservation. For the rest, perfect !
We had such a good time! Staff was super nice, we even put in our music in the speaker, that made the fun even more! The place was empty probably cuz of the new vaccine passport requirements. My kids loved it. They have cute section for under 6 year old but everyone can play Everwhere.
It’s always a great to bring your kids to isaute. The place is big and kids can have a wonderful time jumping from one trampoline to another. Staff is friendly, though, you’re now obligated to THEIR socks and can’t use yours. I haven’t been their in a while this it came as a schooler to me when they make you buy their socks or else you can’t go… Besides that hiccup, my kids had an amazing time.

Bad experience overall. Unfriendly staff the guys on the reception were nice . Unsecured environment. After I complained about the electric outlet being exposed, the supervisor went looking for a cover, found one only and that's the one on the picture. The second picture shows a metallic thing near the trampoline... kids can easily land on it...again the supervisor said he is only a "supervisor" and nothing can be done about it.
This park is absolutely disgusting. First of all, they are overly strict to the point where it ruins the fun for everyone. My son and his friends were barley allowed to do anything. The main issue here is how one of my sons friends stepped on a rusty pin. This pin was laying in the middle of the trampoline which is a huge health and safety hazard. When we went to speak to the manager about this he handled is very poorly. He yelled at us saying how he should've avoided it How are kids supposed to avoid a needle when they are jumping all over the place and aren't looking at their feet? The manager then blamed it on me?? My son and his friends were overly disappointed and I do not recommend it to anyone.
My daughter was at isaute today. She got her jacket stolen. In the evening it is very dark for the kids to see anything near the lunch area and also where the trampolines are located. Trying to sort out the situation, I tried to get the staff look at the camera footage but none of the girls wanted to help. I asked for the person in charge of the premises and none wanted to give me a name. I asked for the employee's name and she did not want to identify herself. I asked for a business card to no avail. I then pressure the girl to provide me a name I could contact to follow up on the theft and she started crying. I called 911 to report the incident and was told to file a report at the nearest police station. Totally useless and apathetic staff working there. It felt like the staff were not caring at all, unhelpful and from now on my kids will be avoiding this place. I have also concerns over the safety of the place in the evening because it was nearly pitch black when I showed up after my daughter's call and kids were still boucing on trampolines.
Fun and amazing place my 4yr adores going there and the day pass is worth it and birthday parties are really well set up over there
I wait 30 minutes in the line only to buy the tickets, in that moment there where 5 girls talking with clients and looking one to each other meanwhile I was stand with my 2 kids waiting, honestly the worst client service ever!
