The ladies at Isabelle's were amazing to work with from start to finish. I had been to a couple other places looking for wedding dresses but I was having a hard time with employees being pushy, unhelpful, and it was so overwhelming to try and sort through hundreds of dresses. Isabelle's was a breath of fresh air! The girls were helpful and honest without being forceful, and their selection of dresses is incredible. I loved every single one that I tried on. Quality over quantity! Their seamstress was amazing to work with as well, my dress arrived quite a bit bigger than expected and I was nervous about the way it would fit me. No issues what so ever! They were able to help with anything I needed and always went the extra mile to suggest jewelry ideas, hair style ideas, etc. I just picked up my dress the other day and I am so happy with the final product. I would recommend them 100%.

I visited here on a weekday afternoon with my mother and sister during my search for a wedding dress and we were the only ones in the store. I loved their selection and the staff were lovely, helpful and welcoming. I wish I had known that they offer 20% off a dress if you buy the day of your first visit!

Kasia was great! She is so knowledgeable and super patient. I was choosing between 7 dresses and she came to me with a design that I wasn't even considering and it turned out to be THE dress. I'm so happy she saw my vision before I even knew what I was looking for.

I had the most amazing experience shopping at Isabelle's today! Not only did I find my dream dress, but Kasia was super sweet and so helpful. She really made this day so special for me and my family and I couldn't be more grateful. The customer service was fantastic and I would absolutely recommend this place to all future brides!

I was told my wedding dress was coming in at the beginning of May so I called to check the status of it and was dealt with horribly for no reason. Their sales staff who answered the phone was incredibly rude and demeaning for no reason. I even asked her why she was being so rude to me :( I'm now told the dress isn't coming in until 3 weeks before my wedding. This is has been a super disappointing experience so far when it's suppose to be an exciting time. I wouldn't recommend this Bridal shop if this is how they treat all of their clients.
