All I'm gonna say is: McGill offers cheap dental checkups. As it's a school there's no reason for any member of staff to rip you off. If you want an accurate report on your dental health and keep your money do NOT go to this clinic. How surprised was I to realize the 3.5k worth of dental work I apparently had to get done was reduced to only 4 cavities worth treatment. The thing is if a dentist over-treat your teeth, your teeth are now and forever compromised. This is absolutely unacceptable. What a shame, be careful people.

I just had an appointment with Dr Rivest to repair an old filling and for a cleaning. I am always amazed at how great the staff is and how nice Dr Rivest is with her patients. I have been going there for over 20 years. Since i started We moved from Montreal to Laval. She has moved farther east, but I still find it worth the extra travel to have her as my dentist and Nancy has my dental hygienist. They are wonderful people! 5 STAR all the way.
