My friends and I recently went to Isaan Der Thai Kitchen, and it was such a wonderful experience. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with colorful walls and vibrant décor that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the evening even better.nnFor appetizers, we ordered the platter with three selections, and it was absolutely delicious. It came with a combination of shrimp cake, calamari, golden bags, Thong Pong Grob, and Ma Hor. Everything was so flavorful, and I would highly recommend this appetizer platter.nnFor our mains, we had crab fried rice with omelette, garlic beef, shrimp Pad Kee Mao, vegetarian Pad Si Ew, and Massam curry. Every single dish was tasty and well-prepared, but the standout for me was definitely the Massam curry—it paired perfectly with rice and had just the right amount of spice kick. I’d highly recommend trying it.nnFor drinks, I tried the Isaan Sunrise, which was okay, but my friends ordered the Pink Lotus, Mangolicious, and Thai Iced Tea, and they really enjoyed theirs, saying they were refreshing and full of flavor.nnOverall, everything about this restaurant was perfect—the food, the staff, and the atmosphere. If you’re craving authentic Thai food, I would highly recommend Isaan Der Thai Kitchen, and I’ll definitely be going back!
This Thai Kitchen & Bar is fantastic! The ambiance is perfect for date or friends and family gathering. Their cocktails are so creative and delicious, I only tried 3 so far and can’t wait to try the rest of them. The green curry beef and red curry chicken were both very good. The pineapple fried rice was excellent. We also shared the boat noodles, and it was such a great choice, the broth was amazing and the meat was tender and juicy. 5 of us cleaned the boat noodles.nThe appetizers were also outstanding, with so many options to choose from.nA wonderful spot with amazing food, drinks, and variety, service is very good as well. Highly recommend!
The platter was good, has a bit of everything so it was a different kinda experience. I would recommend regardless if it’s your first time or not, but it is kinda pricy.nnThe rest of the food looked good but was only decent at best but for a premium price.nnThe Koh Soi is not as good as Susu Siam where there was many layers of flavour, this one was flat I got bored of the taste after a few slurps, the fried noodle was really heavy in the stomach as in that greasy oil feeling that make you not want to eat more.nnThe beef stew was ok tasted like spicy beef pho but on the salty/msg end I liked it but wish there was pho noodles that came with it. It looked like a lot but later realized it was mostly bone and little meat however the portion was enough for one. I did end up taking it home to eat with pho noodles and it was really good. I wouldn’t order again tho for the price.nnI came here for its high rating and amazing looking food from online pictures but wasn’t that amazed at the end of the meal. My friends who had other dishes thought the food tasted meh as well. We did come when it was packed, hopefully that didn’t affect the taste of the food. This review is for May 2025.
Since Isaan Der opened up in this location, we have seldom been to other Thai food restaurant. Isaan Der has been our go to place when we crave for Thai food. All the dishes that we tried were full of unforgettable flavor. We loved their appetizers, all are unique and tasty. We tried all kinds of Curry, never was disappointed. The pad thai is not as good as Pad Kee Mao which is made of special thick type, very chewy. All the waiters are super nice, smiling and beautiful. The interior gives a feel of bar, modern and colorful. As it is a popular store, it is better to reserve a table in advance.
It was Friday night and we lucked out with a show. The restaurant had a Thai dance and singing troupe in. Stunning garments and dress and beautiful dancing. We had several dishes family style. I recommend.
