Amazing experience with my children ages 7 to 11. We had a ball with arts crafts, the nature trail all in one BIG longhouse! Highly recommend!

This place is a hidden treasure. The admission fee was quite reasonable (and they gave us a AAA discount when we asked). We browsed the "adult" exhibits for a bit, which are interesting and feature both art and artifacts. My children, however (ages between 9-2), were dying to see the children's exhibits in the basement. Our guide was awesome at finding age - appropriate activities that were engaging for the kids. I also appreciated that there was a children's exhibit related to the special exhibit upstairs. Our only regret was that we had to leave before we were ready to meet the rest of our party. We will be back!

Wicked little museum and cultural center. The upstairs part is a contemporary art gallery and cultural exhibit, and the downstairs part is a really cool children's museum. There's lots of hiking trails on the property, and cultural events like dances and storytelling throughout the tourist season. Definitely worth a stop!
