Cute café.nIt’s very hard to find parking, though.nThe waffle flight was a great way to try multiple flavours—my favourite was the apple cinnamon. The tropical waffle had cream cheese icing, which made it overly sweet, and so did the cinnamon bun crepe. If you don’t like very sweet desserts, those two, along with the Oreo, might not be your favourites. That said, the waffle and crêpe dough themselves were good. I would come back to try the savoury crêpes and other waffles that may be less sweet, or I might just ask for less cream cheese icing.
My husband and I stopped in for coffee and ended up ordering crepes as well, they were delicious! The barista was very friendly and the crepes she made were phenomenal! We will definitely be going again.
Delicious. Waffle Flight and Ham and Swiss crepe, Iced Cherry chai latte and blackberry soda were all so good! And very quick service.
Fantastic gem of a cafe! It was our first time trying it out and everything was delicious! We shared a ham and Swiss cheese crepe and a cinnamon bun crepe. Our server was fantastic, she brought out our crepe already divided onto two plates because she knew we were sharing and she slowly made the sweet crepe so we’d have a chance to eat our savoury one first. Both crepes were delicious. We will definitely be putting this place on our “places to stop” list anytime we travel through Ladysmith! Photo is my half of the cinnamon bun crepe with whip cream and a cream cheese filling.
We love the crepes and waffles! The coffee is also great, our preferred stop going back and forth on the island.
