I like my omelet/skillet fresh and Iron Skillet can deliver. Each time I go fishing to Wisconsin, I stop by for my breakfast at the IS in Racine. Polite staff and very good food, even coffee is really not bad; keep it going guys!
Went for the all you can eat buffet. We really like the salad bar. Next I had BBQ ribs which were really good. Pork shoulder was also very good. I didn't have room to try the chicken-they had fryed and BBQ. We got here just before the end of the buffet so by the time we were ready for dessert there was only banana cake.
This place is solid. The food is good and large portions. The staff are friendly and attentive. It is nothing fancy, but it is good. Wish they had gluten free options for toast and pancakes, though.
Very good food. The gravy itself is enough to get this rating. I feel as if there is a piece missing. There's no "homely atmosphere" that you would get at a really good dinner. Great place. Just one step away from being one of the best.
