Unfortunately this trip I can only give a 1. I have eaten here many times before and it was a wonderful experience. This trip, however, has me doubting a return. My 12oz steak was 6oz of fat ( and I mean two solid chunks of fat that were literally half of the steak) and the service was awful. We had to ask twice for silverware while our plates sat before us getting cold among other issues. I can't even chalk it up to a busy restaurant because there were very few tables seated. My daughter's chicken was severely under cooked to the point we were questioning if it was safe to eat. The waitress was nowhere to be found to even question our food. As I said, I don't know if we will be returning. 😞

Iron bridge what the heck happened?? We haven't been there in a while and stopped in for dinner. Had the spinach and artichoke dip which was probably the best part of the meal. I got the pulled prime rib and it was not Smoky. And what happened to the sauces? There used to be several and now there is only a very ketchup like sauce. My husband also did not think the quality of the food was anywhere near where it had been in the past. However the place is still cute and the service was friendly.

Have eaten here many times and food was always excellent. BBQ is smoked perfectly with sauce served on the side. Salad dressings are house made and awesome as well. Soups follow suit with the French onion being my personal favorite. Servers are top notch, never wait for a beverage refill and meals served prompt and hot...with a friendly smile. Decor is very comfortable in rustic wood and mounted game from out west. This restaurant is one of my favorites for sure!

First off, if you have a party of 8-16, I highly recommend asking abt the private room!! This place is amazing & packed for brunch on Sunday! We went for our Mother's Day brunch, had the private room, 2 hrs & FANTASTIC service & food!! There were people waiting for a table, according to the hostess, it was 3 hrs!! You will not be disappointed! Delicious desserts, breakfast foods, scrapple, shrimp cocktail, stuffed shells, a carving station with a prime rib that was cooked to utter perfection!!

I never give bad reviews for restaurants because I understand things happen but after my experience at the iron bridge last night with my family for dads birthday, I felt like it’s much needed. My family has been going here for years & it’s always been a pleasant experience.. my dad loves their prime rib! My step mother ordered and alcoholic drink, when it arrived she tasted it and asked if I wanted to try it to see if I wanted to order one.. the drink had some kind of cherry juice in it. I took a sip and thought I got a cherry seed up the straw.. once I pulled ‘the seed’ out of my mouth and set it on a small dish.. I then realized that it was a bee!! Gross. I understand things happen, I wasn’t looking to have anything taken off the bill besides that drink since we no longer wanted it. We told the waitress, she grabbed the drink & the dish with the bee on it and told a manager. When the male manager came over to talk to us, he made it a joke!! No apology, nothing!! Just a joke!! Once we got the bill we decided that the waitress needed to know. She even suggested me writing this review. Needless to say, my family, who again has been going here for YEARS, will not be back. That male manager here, I don’t know his name because he never even introduced himself, is extremely unprofessional.. I’ve never had such bad managerial experience.
