The staff and manager at the North Van Iris are always extremely nice and friendly. They fixed our nose pieces without damaging our lenses, unlike most other eyewear places. Even our kids enjoy going there. This is the best optometry store ever!
I just had the best experience with them . I brought in expensive sunglasses that broke . Maui Jim’s . I had not purchased these from Iris so I was prepared to pay for everything. They were older glasses so there were no parts available And also maui Jim’s have specialized parts so all repairs have to be shipped to them . Iris so kindly and without hesitation took care of this for me. I couldn’t have asked for better service . And with all they did they said they could cover the cost !! They have won me over for life . We will go there for all our glasses needs and purchases . This is an outstanding business . Have no doubts about trying them out . You won’t regret it .
Staff Gissou, Maryam, Katie, Stephanie and Doctors are very friendly, Helpful and knowledgeable, polite and professional. I’ve been going to them for years now and fantastic service Every time I visit their shop. They exceed my expectation with their quality products and friendly faces. Highly recommend!

I've been going there for a few years for my eyes exams, glasses, and contacts. The service is excellent - the staff are so friendly and warm and professional, and the doctors are amazing and thorough. Highly recommend!
I broke the arm of my Maui Jim sunglasses and was quite concerned that the glasses could not be restored to its originally condition. Gissou, Manager of Iris Optical on Lonsdale, promptly found a replacement arm of the same model and color, and fixed my glasses. Not only that she would not accept any compensation for the repair/replacement , Gissou offered the courtesy service with sincerity and professionalism. Much appreciated Gissou

I had such a wonderful experience at Iris North Vancouver. I used to go to Iris in Calgary, so I was glad to recognize a name I trust when I was searching for where to get my eye exam. From the moment I walked in the door, Katie was so warm and kind welcoming me, she made the initial tests, and looking at frames so fun and enjoyable. She took her time to help me find 2 frames that looked really good on me. She was very patient as I disliked soo manny. Dr Mann was wonderful as well, She took her time to answer all of my questions, and do a very through eye exam. I was comfortable the entire time, and would highly recommend trusting her and her team with your eyes.
