The selection of food was good, the oysters were fantastic. The California roll were ok and so were the dynamite rolls. All in all it was nice supper for two with tip was reasonable 50 bucks. Yes I will go again finally the service was very good.

Ordered uni and roe rice in stone pot and takoyaki. The price of the rice was $15.5 on the wall. Came with one piece of uni and some roe. 5 pieces of takoyaki with tiny bit of tako costs $6. On the bill the rice was $25.5. The woman said "$15.5 isn't for uni rice but the crab meat rice. It is not written right beside the uni rice. Very misleading prices and very poor services.

Not the greatest Aburi sushi, super overpriced for a small portion, and not a very friendly service.

Irashai Sushi has been our "go-to" sushi restaurant in Vancouver for many years now, and we have never been disappointed. The quality of the sushi is excellent and always fresh, in our experience. The menu changes over time, and we love the variety. Service is good and reasonably quick, the atmosphere pleasant, and the restaurant is comfortable and clean. Recognizing that this is Kerrisdale and the food quality is excellent, we think the pricing is fair.

Super expensive for a tiny meal. Mediocre food. The soy sauce bottles are all full though.
