Was going to be laid up for surgery. Purchased a new TV from Mike since our old TV hadn't worked in months. Mike set everything up and had the TV working fine but the screen started rolling after being on for an hour. If unplugged for several minutes it would work again for another hour. Mike informed me of two possible components that could be causing this and replace the most common one. Later the rolling screen was back. Not having the part on hand and not having another TV Mike loaned me a TV until one or the other came in. I dare you to ask the box store to do such a thing. While yes the product had a problem from the manufacturer Mike took care of us and for that I am thankful.

Mike came out and immediately knew what the problem was. He was able to fix it quickly and the bill was cheaper than it would have been from other places (I called around and got quotes). He was great! Would recommend to anyone!

Spent 10 min. looking at broken washer, declared it working. It was still broken. Came back out. Spent another 10 min. looking at broken washer. Said it just needed to be leveled. Got bill for $200 for part he admitted (when called about it) that he did not install. Washer still broken - leveling it was not the problem.

The best, period. You might save a buck at a big electronics chain, but you won't get knowledge or customer service like shopping local.
