THIS place is amazing! The food was so good and the prices are super affordable. We fed our family . We also appreciated the vegan/vegetarian menu. All of us ate every bite. The food was full of flavor and tasted fresh. The staff was very friendly when we picked up our food.
Better than Iowa deserves, both the burgers and the fancier entrees. Simple selection of beers including locals, and all-around well worth visiting.
The service was pretty good and they were careful to be sanitary during this pandemic. The food was pretty decent, but I felt like it could be a bit better for the price etc. Nothing spectacular, but enjoyable enough. I may go again in a couple of years. I’m glad we tried it at least.
Very nice place. My husband was very pleased with his steak. I had the 4 cheese macaroni and it was amazing. I couldn't finish it but enjoyed it for lunch the next day. Next time I will definitely go hungry and get a chop or steak for sure
Steak was very good, perfectly seared medium rare was little more medium than rare, next time I'll just ask for rare. If I would recommend one thing, increase price slightly and include some vegetables to garnish. Not everybody wants to order generous sides. But it does explain why there are so many overweight people.
One of our favorite restaurants in Iowa City great pork chops as the name suggests.
The creamed corn was awesome. The steaks were good but the fillet mignon needs less cooking, more rest. Great service. Would try again.
This was a great local shop. We had the ribeye and the beef Wellington as an appetizer. Our son had the Mack and Cheese. The steak was excellently seasoned, it came al a cart, and we added a side of garlic mashed potatoes. Everything was excellent and the service was great. Highly recommend going.
