I recently had some major problems with my hearing. Multiple issues affected my hearing to the point I could not hear anything. Dr Aird and his staff worked with me over the last two months and now I can not only hear again but I can hear better than I have in years. Thank you so much .
Dr. Aird took great care of my mother when she was alive. So when I needed hearing aids I chose him. Now he takes great care of me. Everyone there is friendly, efficient and helpful. Jenna worked a long time to get money from my insurance, which I didn’t even know was available. She called periodically to let me know she was still working on it. Highly recommend them.
My wife felt strongly that I need hearing aid's. After a hearing test they told me that my hearing was still in acceptable ranges. They recommended that I wait a year or two and come back to be re-tested. They were very nice and did not charge for the testing. I would recommend them for their good honest service.
We used Iowa Audiology & Hearing Aid Centers for our required hearing tests this year. Iowa Audiology & Hearing Aid in Coralville was so wonderful to work with and with our staff of 50, they brought in 2 other audiologists to get our staff completed in one day. We will be using this office yearly now, and I'm happy to have a foundation with them so if staff does have issues, they are established in a true hearing facility. I would recommend Iowa Audiology & Hearing Aid Centers to everyone. Even staff that doesn't like change had positive feedback. ;

l had an excellent experience at Iowa Audiology. Dr. Carr explained why she was recommending a certain brand of hearing aids. Everyone was very friendly. I recommend the Center to anyone who may need hearing aids.
I worked as the audiology/office assistant for Iowa Audiology over the past year and I had a wonderful experience. This family-oriented team truly puts the needs of their patients first and provides honest customer service and care. The audiologists take the time to answer all their patient's concerns and questions. Unlike many other hearing aid providers, they strongly encourage patients fitted with hearing aids to come back for routine appointments. If it weren't for pursuing my masters degree now, I would have enjoyed working here for longer.
