Ionia Family Dentistry

I've been a patient here for many years, and they take good care of my teeth. It's nice to know that I have a dentist and hygienist I can trust. The front office staff has always been very nice too. I see the other reviews where they say that the staff isn't nice. This is puzzling. They are very nice, just not terribly bubbly people. They're very professional and caring, and that is good enough for me.

Really wish the receptionists and schedulers were friendlier. Going to the dentist can cause anxiety for a lot of people, and just having a friendly person greet you can help put you at ease. I always feel like a "bother" when I check in or need to cancel or change an appointment. The Hygienists are all amazing and very friendly though!!

Great dental office. I've been seeing Dr.Swartz and his team for 20 years. Very professional and kind. Thank you for great dentistry Dr.Swartz,Dr.Wong, Tami,Lisa,Kortne,Jenny,Tara,Maggie,Angie,April,and MayJo. Your all Awesome!

Rude and uncaring. And the office staff like many other Dentists are the downfall. Money, Money, Money, the Denrists are fine.

Dont recommend at all. Went in for a cleaning and just had xrays done and shown a stupid video about gum disease that i could probably find on youtube, waste of time and they wont be getting my money. Hope there are better dentists out there that will actually provide a real service.
