Very happy with our Mortgage Broker from Powell River! We just bought a new home and for the first time we used Powell River Mortgage Broker Monica Peckford. We are very pleased with her services. She was able to find us an amazing rate and great terms for our mortgage. If we ever decide to move in the future we will definitely be calling Monica. Monica Peckford helped me a lot as I was trying to find a way to pay off my mortgage early. She found the best rates and the best conditions allowing me to do lump sum payments without penalty. Monica Peckford, Powell River Mortgage Broker, is a magician!!!!!! She got us our first time Canada mortgage for our first Canada home in about 2 hours. We were extremely pleased with her Mortgage Broker skills and her as a person. Monica made it easy, hassle free, and not intimidating. She got us a low interest and saved us a great deal of $$$$$. She pulled another rabbit out of the hat when it came time to refinance. Again, Monica came through with an amazing rate and great terms for our mortgage.
