Have just refinanced within a SMSF with Invictus and as complicated as the process can be, the team managed it extremely well. They managed to secure significantly cheaper finance and negotiated a much reduced exit fee from previous lender, so overall a very cost effective result with minimal pain. Where does one begin? As a newly separated woman in her 50s, the thought of applying for a mortgage, solo - was pretty daunting.
