Making appointments online is so easy and convenient. No waiting lines and they know exactly what they are doing. They will answer all your questions and guide you to what is supposed to be done. Got my certified fingerprints and police check done and the experience was pleasant.
Had appointment today @3 , showed up at @ 2:55 rang the bell and was seated for 25 min no response. I called the phone number and they said the staff has left due to a maintenance issue. Never go or recommend this place. Highly disappointed.
...was in this morning for a pre-employment fingerprinting, as required for federal government position. While the ISN website clearly states that "The price for the service is $0.00", I was charged $52.00. While i expect that the website statement is an honest error and I pointed out the information on the website before paying make sure that you ask what the charges will be before proceeding. Make no assumptions - while some providers of this service are paid directly from the requesting government agency, that is not always the case. The lady who did the actual work was polite, personable, and professional.
Truly excellent. Rang them up for fingerprints and got an appointment that afternoon, rang them up again as I couldn't find it and got directions from the parking lot. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, professional, helpful and was very fast too.
If you can’t trust on them to update their entry to reflect they’ve been closed for 4 months, or to answer the 24/7 guaranteed customer hotline during business hours no less why would you trust them with your business?
Food was excellent, short staffed.
