i have been patient from 1 year at this clinic. Every time i book an appointment in advance but I never ever get the doctor on time. Always i have to wait there from 30-60 mints. During my pregnancy it was to difficult to get the doctor next day if I need it. Doctors are available only on couple days of week. My baby is only 6 days old and i have a c- section . We have to wait there for 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm. Even i had an appointment. No one care about you or your situation. Highly suggest you, if you are planning your pregnancy journey please find your family doctor somewhere else. Receptionist never pick up the calls …

From the warm reception at the front desk to the dedicated and knowledgeable medical staff, every visit feels reassuring and comforting. Your commitment to patient well-being, special thanks to PRIYANKA ShARMA for her professionalism and attention and making it go so easy. Employees like truly sets your clinic apart.
Avoid family doctors here and other intrepid locations. Always have to wait for more than an hour. Walk ins are quite fast though. This is my last appointment for family doctor here and other Intrepid locations. Will never come back and will advise others to avoid them.nUpdate: still waiting here. It's been more than 2 hours. I came here 10 mons before the appointment as usual.
Came in for B12 injection today. After waiting for 45 minutes was told that the doctor has meeting and cant see the patient now and was told to come again in the evening. Why couldn’t they tell before making me wait and wasting my time! When we kept on asking, they kept on saying next is our turn in room No 1. Please manage better and be honest, time is precious for everyone!
I never provide bad ratings unless something hit my rock bottom! Been there to see the Doctor and got there before my appointment scheduled time, cancelling all my plans . They made me wait for 50 minutes to see the doctor even after making an appointment. It doesn't make sense. I was not going to say that but now that I'm frustrated I'll say it, The environment is like as if you went to a picnic spot rather than a hospital! Staff laughing Hysterically and speaking a different language with each other in front of the other patient. Ruined my day ! Will never go there again!
