This review is for the sales experience I received, not for the actual battery itself, that will come at a later date when I've had the battery for some time, I will update. My Subaru is still on the 10 year old original factory stock battery. I can tell it was getting weak. But kudos to Panasonic who was the OEM battery manufacturer for a reliable 10 years. I looked at CTC and WM for their offerings but read many 1 star reviews due to early failures within a few months of purchase. So I opted to try Interstate brand batteries. My first point of contact was on phone with Alison, the manager, who was very helpful. This was several month s ago in the summer time. She took the time to explain all the different options I had and the different levels of quality they offered. In the store I was helped out by Clarence who was also very helpful and explained the options again along with the warranties they came with. I went for the middle of the road battery. Original spec battery was 550 cold cranking amps, the new one is 640 CCA. I asked if they installed it, but they had to cut back due to a COVID-19 policy. I asked if I could borrow a wrench and Clarence offered all the tools I would need. In the end I just took the battery home to install it at my house just for the sake of convenience and good weather. It was easy enough to do. To sweeten the deal, I was even given a box of 12 Energizer 'D' cells that they couldn't sell because it was short dated, but still good. The new battery fit perfectly, the terminals were in the expected location, the holding strap fit, no issues or hassles. Looking forward to -30°C February morning, I'm confident I won't have issues. Will update as time goes on. Clarence heat stamped the case with the month of sale. Very pleased with the overall transaction, was in and out of there in like 20 minutes. The Subaru has been driven infrequently and lightly on short city trips under 45 minutes, so only getting short cycle charges. Battery performs well, zero issues. Zero maintenance. So far so good.

I am blown away at the service I received today. My battery died and the guy helped me out of a jam. He was very patient and knowledgable. I highly recommend this place! They truly care about their customers. I would give more stars if I could! Very impressed!

My car had been parked for quite a few months. When I tried starting it, the battery didn't work. I tried jumpstarting with three different cars, however, was unable to start it. Took out the battery, and went to Interstate at Mavis Road. Met this gentleman, Stephen, who was a thorough professional. He examined the battery and gave me hope that it looks fine and there is a 50/50 chance that it might work. I had to leave it overnight. The next day, right at 9:05a.m. I got a call from Stephen ''Your battery is charged and working great, giving out 500amps". I was delighted to know this as it had been a struggle to take out the battery and deliver to the shop. I received the battery from Stephen with a note on it that said 'Good!'. I still have it on the battery even after installation :. After installing the battery, the car started in the first go! Stephen and Interstate saved me time, money, and effort for towing the car to the mechanic, paying extra charges for unnecessary repairs, getting a new battery. I got excellent customer service, efficient response, and best value for my money they charge a very fair amount for charging the battery. Highly recommended.

This is the place to go for batteries. Steven is extremely knowledgeable and helped me out with a very specific application that I had for some 6V batteries.  Saved both time and money coming here. He even called me back later on in the day as I had a incorrectly bought a 12V battery charger. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Helpful and pleasant both in-person and over the phone with dealing with car battery issues, would recommend.

My battery that I purchased from them 3 months ago is not holding a charge. Car has been in the shop to see if something in my car has been draining my battery but that is not the case. Went to go and get the battery exchanged as on the battery is clearly states 24 month free replacement  and they told me they don't cover the discharge of batteries .... sooo what exactly does the warranty cover. I need my car and I did not have time to waste with leaving my battery there overnight for them to charge when I know fully well that the battery will not keep the charge. Had to purchase a brand new battery from the dealership.

Great service.  Friendly, patient and knowledgeable staff. Took my dad’s dead battery in and Stephen charged it overnight and brought it back to life. He was also generous with his time explaining best steps to prevent future issues with drainage.  I also ended up buying a charger.  Will be my go-to place or I’ll have no reservation about recommending

Went in today to change the battery of my car key fob and Stephen was there to assist. Professional, energetic, and knowledgeable. Great customer service provided and I couldnt have been more satisfied and happy. Thank you Stephen and Interstate All Battery!
