I had an amazing experience with Dr. Buys, and the clinic! Dr. Buys is so lovely, and such a compassionate doctor. She made me feel very comfortable. The front staff were also very friendly, and approachable. If I could give more stars, I would.

I had the red carpet facial done with Nicole Whiteside. My experience was wonderful! Nicole was so professional, very efficient and gentle when removing blackheads and super knowledgeable about my treatment. She also had great information for care and future treatments. Cannot recommend her and Papillion enough!

Hi, being a client of Papillon medical dermatology Location - 401 9 Ave SW, I had my best experience with the laser hair removal procedure done by Anesca. I am so glad to get this service with so much good enthusiasm, she took care of me in every good manner. All the staff in this clinic is very helpful and friendly. Had my treatment done by Bretton and she was amazing. She’s very knowledgeable and patient. She answers any and all questions and makes the appointment as comfortable as possible. She did a great job and the procedure went smoothly. I would highly recommend her for any Botox or filler treatments

I went to Calgary Gulf Canada Square D.T location, the staff were all exceptionally professional and very nice. Dr. as well very knowledgeable and helpful for my first visit  excellent results and will be returning in January 2023 for my second. Papillon is my go-to for all skin care needs. I have been seeing Nicole Whiteside at Papillon for a few years and my skin has never looked and felt better - she is an absolute master with respect to skin health and wellness. All the staff, products and services at Papillon are excellent! I highly recommend Papillon for all your skin care needs!

I discovered Papillon last year when I was a pepperoni pimple face, lacking any sort of confidence in myself - a year later; my face looks like it has been chiseled and carved from Greek marble. I am now dripping in confidence and machismo; my smooth porcelain like skin, is the envy of all who lay their eyes upon it. I owe it all to Damariz just ask for Dee who had monk like patience with all my questions and insecurities, super helpful and full of wisdom when it comes to anything skin related. She is the best! Thanks Papillon clinic for helping me on my acne journey.

I'd heard such great things about Dr Buys before I got an appointment of my own. She is so knowledgeable, and really, just such an awesome personality. I had a medical appointment, but now I also hope to become her aesthetic patient as well.

My doctor sent a reference over to them In September of 2022 and it’s now January 2023 I have yet to receive a call/letter/email or any contact from this company. I called then in October to check if they received the referral and they told me that had received the referral from my Dr and they would book me when they got to it. It’s been 5 months, no letter, no communication, no nothing. I will be making a complaint to the college of physicians. As I am aware that CPSA states you must contact a patient no longer than 14 days after the referral is received, which was never done. Update - To the amazing staff at papillon, thank you for correcting this issue immediately, I very much appreciate it. I received a call from the manager and was booked in for the next available appointment. My appointment was smooth. The staff were really professional and friendly. Dr.Fourie was really open and honest with me. Not only that he actually gave me options and available research that I could look into. This frown has been turned upside down.

I had laser treatment for rosacea by Dr. Fourie and ended up numerous scars on my cheeks that are very noticeable, upsetting and permanent.  Horrible results.  I had the same treatment from other doctors with good results but Dr Fourie’s treatment gave me scars.  Not recommended.  As a follow up to Meri’s comment below,  I am indeed a patient and have spoken to Meri and nothing has come of it.  I have continued to try other methods to diminish or even reduce the scars without success.  Frustrating to say the least.
