I am updating my review to share that my roof has held it's own the last four years with no issues. At the time of installation it was Interlock Roofing who installed it. After they left I decided I wanted snow guards along another portion of my house. They showed up within a week, installed them, and didn't charge me extra. I am still very happy I choose Interlock Roofing.Service:&nbsp;Roof installation

I had the metal roof installed in 2014. This summer 2022, an Interlock Service rep stopped by to ask about the roof. There was a leak in the garage due to an over-nailed nail and a discoloured panel due to an eve trough drop. These would be covered under warranty. I had some additional snow breaks installed my cost to take the snow pressure of an eave. 5he service team were polite and professional. Nice that Interlock makes contact to ensure the customer is happy with the product.Services:&nbsp;Roof installation

The roofing system itself has been wonderful. The customer service on the other hand is absolutely terrible. We have been waiting weeks to install a fireplace in our garage and couldn’t even get a response as to whether it would affect our warranty or not. It’s been weeks and I still haven’t gotten a response and we have contractors on standby waiting as well. Bad business practice!!

We cannot express how happy we are with Calgary Interlock crew, the workmanship of Yorman and David was beyond excellent. Excellent clean up, polite, answered all our questions.
