I’ve used Interchange Financial to move money internationally. The rates and service are exceptional. I’ve had a very positive experience working with the knowledgeable staff, particularly Rita Sarkis. The interface is seamless and easy to use. The staff work very hard to minimize processing times. I would highly recommend this service.
This is my first time using this company and they are absolutely wonderful. They responded to all my questions and helped me expedite payment to a US company. Lovely company and wonderful knowledgeable staff. Best rates for exchanges and there are no fees added. I highly recommend them for international money transfers.
Very friendly service. The gentleman greets you with a smile and it's very professional. They don't charge fees or commissions for currency exchange. When compared to other exchange rates in the area, they had a slightly lower rate but when you only exchange a small amount, it came out to $0.80 difference to exchange to Thai Baht. But because I'm not paying a service fee, $0.80 is better than a $4.50 service fee at other places.
Terrible service experience. The lady behind the counter was as helpful as she could be, but overall terrible experience and will never use again. If you are planning on changing up so currency I would recommend you go elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience with this company today. I called their general customer service line to reserve Argentine pesos and I was directed to their Dundas Atrium branch to pick up the money. The agent sent me an sms with the code and the rate they quoted me. I got to the branch after an hour only to be told they don’t have Argentine pesos. I showed them the code but they said they can’t do anything for me at the moment but to call tomorrow to see if they have it or I can go to another branch. I asked if I can just call the branch to avoid the miscommunication between their general line and the branch and they said they don’t have any phone number! In my frustration, I called back the general customer service line to relate my experience and I get another lame excuse. They said that it’s first come first serve basis, so the Argentine pesos may have ran out. Really?!?! They ran out within the hour? How many people go to Argentina from Toronto? What is even more frustrating is that the guy a the counter said they didn’t have the Argentine pesos at all today. So I don’t really know what kind of internal communication they have but one thing for sure this company is good at making excuses instead of admitting their fault. What the company doesn’t realize is the great inconvenience they put the customer through. I walked 30 minutes in -5 centigrade weather just to get there as soon as I can and the lack of accountability is so infuriating.
Had a great time and experience at this currency exchange! The gentlemen that helped went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied as a customer and made sure I got the locked in rate that I needed. Will definitely got back again
Friendly service, however their POS machine was down and as they were closing within half an hour I had to use an atm not tied to my bank which cost $14.00. I mentioned this cost to the CSR and was met with a look of indifference.
Very good, I’d use this service again. They ensured I was getting the best rate, and were really nice about the exchange.
