Fantastic service. I contacted Reliable through the website at 5:45PM on a Sunday, got a response at 8:30AM on Monday, and my garage door was fixed by 11AM the same day. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend you use Reliable.
I called Reliable Door and Gate when my garage door didn’t close properly. Sean was able to schedule a service technician Patrick to accommodate my availability. Patrick arrived on time and he quickly diagnosed the issue, a stripped gear wheel. He provided a cost-effective solution and patiently answered my questions. He installed the new garage door opener efficiently and also explained the new setup. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and the price was fair. I am happy to support a local North Shore business and would call them again for future garage door issues. Thank you Sean and Patrick!
Reliable for has helped us out twice now; the first time was to temporarily fix our rotting garage door. It was a temporary fix that was meant to help us limp along for a couple of months while we figured out what we wanted to do in the long run. The second time was when they actually replaced the old, rotting door...three years later. Obviously the quality of their work is excellent, they work quickly and the results speak for themselves. They respond to emergency calls quickly, and their fees are very reasonable. Although I hope to not need them again, I'll call Reliable Door any time I need help with my garage door in the future.
Just got my old garage door fixed today. The technician Dustin was very professional, friendly, and honest. He did such a great job, I was able to save some money by keeping my old door and motor. The cost was reasonable. I am extremely happy with his work.

They sent out Dustin to fix our automatic door and he was prompt, polite, and an expert at fixing these rusted hinges. Explained what was going on as it was happening whenever I checked in. I truly appreciate this level of service. I'll be using them for all future issues with our doors.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Caution to anyone in North or West Van who are looking for gate repair, this company is extremely unreliable. I booked for Friday and the technician was over an hour late so we had to re-schedule. Re-booked the service for today and they never showed up. Called to ask what happened and Sean was extremely unapologetic and said he never booked us in, despite a written confirmation of the booking from him prior to the appointment.
I am so grateful for the great service that Reliable Door & Gate has provided. They were able to come fix the problems quickly, and their charges are very reasonable. Patrick is very knowledgeable, honest and efficient. Thank you so much!!
I just wanted to recognize Reliable Door & Gate, and especially Dustin for great service. I was in a serious jam Friday when my wife damaged the garage door with her vehicle, but they were on site quick and she could get on with her day. Price was fair. Tony
