Olds RV staff are always friendly and helpful. Today they squeezed me in just before closing to purchase and install a new hitch at an awesome price. Thank-you Keddy and Keith!

The service department went above the call of duty. I came right after closing time (not knowing when they closed) to pick up my fifth wheel trailer that was in for service. The gate was locked and the staff were leaving so I drove away. One minute later, the service manager CALLED ME ON MY CELL and said that he saw me and that I should come back to get my trailer. he opened the gate, had to move a trailer to retrieve mine, and was pleasant about it the whole time, even though I made him late to leave work. Thanks again Keith Hutton!
