Integrative Massage is the culmination of multiple bodywork modalities. I incorporate Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, and Reflexology into all of my sessions. Each client will have a personal consultation, during which his or her individual needs, present and past injuries, and bodywork preferences are noted. Alex is out of this world amazing. I had chronic pain in my shoulder and neck for two years. I'd get headaches almost every day and was nearly incapacitated by the pain the past few months. I've seen and done it all to address it - a chiropractor, acupuncturist, Chinese Qi Gong masseuse, yoga. I saw Alex once and really focussed on my shoulder. Afterwards, I was sore (which is perfectly natural for deep tissue) and after a few days, the pain was gone. No more popping Tylenol like candy every other day.

He made me feel comfortable right away even though it was my first time there. The office is gorgeous and clean and feels like it was just renovated. 

My neck and shoulder are still pain free and I'm still amazed that one hour with Alex was all it took.

My experience with Alex was nothing short of miraculous. I had been to many doctors and practitioners or all kinds and Alex was the only one who pinpointed what my issue was. I was in so much pain for weeks until Alex massaged my trigger points and it was the first time I was out of pain in weeks. He then gave me notes to take to an acupuncturist for further therapy and it all worked. I am on the road to recover. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and generous. I highly recommend him. He knows what he is doing!

Such a beautiful, clean, peaceful environment in which to have a massage. Alex has a beautiful energy about him, and his super technique combines firm, solid pressure and gentle touch. All the tightness in my legs and hips and back was greatly alleviated. I know that with regular sessions with Alex I will have greatly improved mobility and flexibility. I thoroughly recommend a visit to this talented gentleman.

Alex was recommended to me by a good friend who had an exceptional massage from him. My experience was the same. Alex is a very skilled and intuitive therapist who truly integrates various types of massage techniques to address each individual client's needs. My presenting issues were pain from a knee injury and persistent hip and back pain. He took great care in discussing and addressing my concerns. The session resulted in the release of chronic tension in many muscles, increased range of motion and reduction in pain. I felt energized after the session and look forward to my next session with him. I highly recommend Alex.

I am a massage junkie and know a good massage. I am also extremely picky and not into fluffy, over priced spa massages where the therapist barely puts pressure on my muscles. Alex provides a great deep tissue massage. He is really knowledgeable about the body and muscles and 
instinctively zones in on where it hurts. His space is also super clean and pleasant, with lots of light. Great all around.
