IWI did a great job for successful implementation of Sage Intacct fulfilling our custom requirements. The weekly meeting were helpful for knowing the progress and completing the integration within the timeline.
IWI Consulting Group provided us with a great customer experience in our implementation of Sage X3. IWI took the time to properly scope out our requirements and instilled industry best practices during implementation and training. The end result was that our day-to-day operations has been streamlined around our processes and this has provided us tremendous cost savings.
IWI group - professional, fair and honest. I'm a strategic IT project-change manager with over 25 years experience with full lifecycle IT projects for large and small clients. Financial systems design and integration with other billing systems is extremely time consuming requiring attention to detail and patience. I'm happy to have worked with IWI at a major pipe distributor in Canada's West. I've always found the staff at IWI solid performers who are eager to please. I would work with them again. I would even work for them!
They have saved us 100's of man hours every month. Whenever we ran into any issues the staff was able to fix it and were very helpful. I was able to replace 2 workers with the software saving time and money. Its a pretty good investment
Just to let everyone know....IWI consulting they all are a bunch of crooks, starting from their sales people and ending with the management, when selling the product everything and anything is possible...when reality kicks in and they have the money then the problems come up! let me just start by saying we have this system that is suppose to work 100%, but it doesn't...... However, obstacles arises and things aren't done the way it was discussed and to top it all they deny that we talked about it! luckily we had some e-mails to back us up. and this is how we managed to get some minimum training. which isn't enough. instead of fulfilling their promises they are sending us to SAGE support. Also, refuses to follow SAGE support recommendations! To me these people are very unprofessional and this is unacceptable!!!!!!
We have been able to build a great working relationship which has materialized itself on growth to both our companies's business and ERP knowledge
